⭐️Believe_In_Steven⭐️Surprisingly, it could have been a tornado. Designated "Tornado" clouds can accumulate extremely fast so while there may only be a single cloud in the sky, the could have eventually have been more.

⭐️Believe_In_Steven⭐️Part 2 of this treacherously terrible comment: another possibility is that the combination and concentration of both high and low levels of air pressure could have triggered a tornado if there had been more water molecules in supply or in other words, more clouds.
