👑MirandaKnowsWhat'sUp👑monism, the mind and body are one, which is why when you change your lifestyle (eating habits, vitamins, pills, exposure to sunlight, excessive, etc.), you can change the way you perceive things. It's also why psych meds work and whatnot

CalvnKleinProbably monism, because I believe in the integral relationship between body and mind. However, some consider the "mind" concept of dualism as really being the soul. In that regard, I see how the body and soul can be viewed as separate, yet dependent, entities
