Emily I'm 11 and 3 months and I wear a little makeup e.g lip gloss and eye shadow so it is not too young to wear makeup. :)

Jemmie Thick makeup, eg foundation plastered on and mascara so thick you can't open your eyes= slutty at any age.

Jemmie Natural makeup, eg little bit of mascara, lip gloss not lip stick, and a discreet colour of eyeshadow = gorgeous + respectable

Humbug@couc I agree with you because you walk around the streets seeing 13 year olds with skirts up their vag and being plastered in makeup but I think a wee but of mascara and blusher can make a girl look nice but I'd say only for certain occasions :3
