Abigail Harveyit hurts just when they tighten them or step up the strength of the wires and it tickled and hurt at the same time when they were coming off. And they tell you don't eat this don't eat that, not true eat what you want just be really careful and brush your teeth, well don't straight bite into an apple and peanuts like to get stuck. Also I was eating like 2 seconds after mine went on and came off.
