Angieit depends on the people that your comparing, for example if you compare a 7 year old girl, to a 20 year old boy, of course the boy is stronger, but If you compare people of the same age, it depends who works out, and puts effort in to it!

Michael MoonI think most if you people don't even understand the question. I'll rephrase it. "On average, what gender has the most muscle mass. This does not mean 'which gender do I favor more' " while their are women in gymnastics, that is strength AND flexibility, in which men generally do not have. While some women are stronger than most men, that does not mean that the MAJORITY of them are stronger, which is a scientific fact.
