KentrieVoldemort because he's so powerful and cruel and smart with an odd sense of humor. Snape because we have things in common and Bellatrix because her character is fucking sexy, but the woman who plays her is ugly and totally messes up her character in my opinion. But book Bellatrix seems sexy with a very attractive personality.
