eCLAIREaI'm pretty sure those are bird berries.... Most of the time things that look like other edible fruits (one I've eaten looks like mini strawberries) sting your mouth/ burn when you put them in your mouth so you probably should eat them unless you are absolutely sure they are edible...

MeOh my gosh, no! Those are (and I'm positive) the poison ivy berries that grow on the plant, that have touched the plant and will make your mouth itch and burn! NO! They are not edible, but if you already ate it, :(
