koyahyellowYes but only if born in that country
HighqualitydirtWhy
koyahyellowbecause they might be forced to live somewhere and they weren't born there. But I also agree that it is very bad to burn our country's flag.
User 26025yep, it's extremely offensive
TycondryusIt's a stupid flag, who cares?
Erin@Tycondryus I agree with you
IndigoI meant yes i pressed the wrong button
Monkeyface92Where's y'all's sense of patriotism?! XDD
Kariwell I wouldn't make it illegal but it is definitely not
Kariappropriate and is very offensive
HighqualitydirtPeople who get offended, DESERVE to be offended
AvataarkaapWhy get offended? It's a symbol, a piece of cloth. Also, freedom of expression should be absolute, as long as you are not harming others, right?
penus6969it's a sign of patriotism, more Americans burn the US flag than any other nationality. Plus there are other, more important laws to think about.
JoshDDepends on the situation
emmoops meant yes
Ikrahburn the American and Israeli flag....they deserve
LittleMissMerrygold💙💙wat a weird question
Faith AmburnIt' s your choice I guess.
Michael MoonIt's basically treason, to me it's like saying "I hate / want to kill you"
Jack ParrishI love our great country of America, and I would never ever burn the symbol of our patriotism and freedom. But burning a flag is an expression of free speech. :/ The day the Gov. cracks down on people who express themselves like that, is the day that our liberties and rights begin to die. If we aren't careful, we'll end up being a totalitarian government :( (Think like Nazi Germany)
Jordypordy is a freaki live in Australia
Highqualitydirtpatriotism is celebrating an imaginary line someone you dont know drew on a map hundreds of years ago
Aceadmandoovery odd how offended people get by this act. It's a piece of cloth. Symbolic, yes. But just a piece of cloth.

sadhbhBurning a flag is victimless--what freedom loving American would abide by arresting and punishing someone for burning a colorful piece of cloth?
EmilyIt's cloth, wtf people who cares
