If speaking up isn't very safe u need to keep clear of them, it helps if u stay in a big group of people or with an adult if possible :) if they still don't stop try talking to the bully. People mostly bully because they're sad, they're angry, something is going on at home. Tell them u understand and that ur there for them. Tell them that bullying is wrong. If this doesn't work then when they insult u look them in the face smirk and walk away this shows them that u don't care. Also say stuff like I know u are but what am i to intimidate the bully.
