Cherry Rougeif you want to be able to get into them within a couple of months, then stretch down keeping your legs straight, holding from 8-10 seconds both legs, everyday. Also lunge forward to the ground and push your back leg backwards; it will kill but trust me it works! :)

LauraDon't get someone to push u but here r my tips sit down and spread ur legs out then try and put ur nose to the floor. Also wen u go down to do the splits put Ur arms in the air and stretch everyday

EatSleepCheerRepeatBend your back leg in a 90 degrees angle (a right angle), put your other leg in front, and make your foot flat. Try to get your hand in line with your toe. Do this everyday!!

I ❤ catsGo up to a wall and try to push your hips as far as you can. You should do this once everyday for 1 minute. That's what I did, now I can do the splits :)

Meg💕yeah stretch ur legs out as far as u can everyday even if it's painful May take some time but will work in the end just make sure u don't give up xx
