Breerun every morning about 2-6 miles. It helps

Aleisha/(SES)(FSP)👮I'm not quite for sure it depends how you run but in a race a start out fast just to get into the lead pack then I go the speed they are going as best as I can and then I try to run/sprint the end to beat a time, or get a medal placing. But just because that is what I do doesn't mean you have to do it
