A person doesn't necessarily wear their pyjama pants all around town and not everyone takes a train! Some people are in their pyjamas already and then remember they have to go out to get something so they go out QUICKLY, get what they came for and go back home. There is nothing wrong with people wearing their pyjamas in public and you can't judge and say rude and ignorant things because you don't know their reasoning behind them wearing their pyjamas in public!
