EmersonI read what was going on with you and theFIST, and I have to agree with both of you. Yes, you do gymnastics, but Taft doesn't mean you can stop eating or eat less. You do have to eat to stay healthy, because being too thin isn't healthy at all and you could get dizzy or faint during gymnastics. You are perfect weight, but the way you do gymnastics everyday as I heard, you can eat whatever you like to stay healthy. I'm not saying you're fat, because you aren't, but you cannot be incredibly thin. You should put at least a little bit of meat on your bones. And when you said that you're a gymnast and you can't gain weight, yes you can actually! You're going to end up losing those calories you eat when you practice your gymnastics, so I'm actually a little bit more on theFIST side. If you have any questions or comments just say.
