The ones that like you above all others for who you are, are the guys you want. You don't want to date anyone that compares you with others (especially your friends). Since you think she's cool or whatever, maybe pick up some things from her that you like -I'm not saying to change who you are, you're amazing, but if she is really polite and sweet, maybe that be a model for you, if she dresses well and does hair and makeup well, maybe ask her for some tips.
