SuperLgirlGo to the toilet and grab some toilet paper and think thats the boy/girl/other IM mad on and Thora it on the door and walk over rit and Three it in the toilet and poop on it.... You now somethimes it helps and when IM not in the nood to do that i just punch someone or walk away or screm in Their face what i think of them
