Highqualitydirt300 is a good example of this, it has three nude scenes, the first two (the orical's "dancing", and leonitis and his wife's sex scene) both of these were pointless, but the third one (xirxes bribing ephieltis) was completely nessisary to the story

Shelby@Highqualitydirt I can't think of a reason to show anything sensitive though. I see no point in showing boobs or penises or anything else like that really.
