If there isn't a god then there isn't some universal consensus on morality, it's all personal opinions, so us humans, the most intelligent species we know of make our own morals and they usually overlap with each other's on obvious shit such as "murder for no reason is bad", and those overlaps are the lines we draw between right and wrong
