Try taking NSAIDs during your menstrual period (Advil or Alleve) to reduce blood flow and pain. If you still feel like it's not okay and it's affecting your life, go see a doctor. You may be helped with some contraceptive pills or some other hormone-based treatment

buy thicker pads or don't try to leave them on for a long periods of time so that that won't happen. Also don't sit like with your legs crossed or with your butt sort of to the side. This can cause the blood to flow the way your sitting instead of on the pad. Yea Ik it's weird but it makes since. 👌🏽

you can clean your clothes with hydrogen peroxide. bring one on the go
