This raises the question - what is art?
If someone replaced the mona lisa with a forgery which is perfect, why is it any less in value? Does the art lie in the artist and not the talent?

Bad artists don't frustrate me, but I hate when you give the advice, and they get offensive about it. Like you were just trying to help them improve.
