@👑MirandaKnowsWhat'sUp👑 to show compassion is not weakness, it is a sign of true strength...if you can show mercy to someone who doesn't deserve it, it proves you are a much better person than they are.

@Kaile_combs I agree that it takes more strength the restrain your anger and say a nicer thing, but that doesn't mean it's always the right thing to do or people always deserve it. And it doesn't really show you're a better person, if anything it shows that you /think/ that you're a better person. It comes across rather arrogant, to be honest.

Well, there are the selfish reasons everyone has for being nice such as I want to feel like a good person and being nice to others/making other people feel good makes me feel good, and being rude makes you disliked which I obviously don't want. And I also think that just bashing people all the time and focusing on the negative traits in others is just a bad way of viewing things. Plus, I've seen how treating people badly can affect them, and some things I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy.
