If there were no cops, how fast would you go?

This is a stupid question. If there were no cops then all hell would break lose and there would be an unbelievable amount of Car crashes and deaths.

Well... Depends. Are there obstacles on the road I would be driving on? Say.. Other vehicles? People? If so, I would stay the speed limit for fear of serious injury or perhaps death. If not, I'd still stay the speed limit. Other ways to get a rush.
