When your child/teen does something to get them in trouble somewhere other than home what do u do?
B&C and then punish them again
Let them get punished by the real world and let it be a lesson learned
Help them get out of the trouble and pretend ur child is perfect
Back up whoever is trying to correct your child but in a sensitive way
Send
the worst thing you can do is not punish your child. That in, and of itself is a form of child abuse. Never let your child hear you making excuses for them. Punish them when they're wrong, and for God's sake, BE CONSISTANT! Empty threats are a great way to take 10 steps backward.
