Therapy. Talking to someone always helps. Or medicine for depression. Just remember someone is always there for you 😊

Talk to God, it helps me and he won't judge you for anything. He will find a way to make you happy. Just trust God and talk to him. He loves you and everyone else.

keep your head above the waves and think of the good things in life, I deal with severe depression music is one of the best ways that I deal with things. Being sad is a natural thing. Cry that helps too but don't let the saddness consume you.

listen to music, eat pizza, get a hobby :) or maybe try to hang out with friends more. Don't be a sad panda. :) be HAPPY!

I know what you mean saying that, but the best you can do is Doing something that Averts you. For example I dance, listen to Music and make my own things it will really help you ;)

It's hard, I made a list of what makes me happy. Being around those I love, music, doing activities, dancing, running/walking, when it's sunny being outside. There's lots of stuff!
