The "girl" on the right with the green hoodie is just that same picture of the guy on the left, but with Photoshop alterations in such a way that feminized him, making him appear like a girl, i.e. wider hips, more delicate hand, belly button piercing, sports bra, etc

@CalvnKlein oh yeah I didn't even see that, thanks, but still, I think for a guy, he has a feminine face on the left. All in all he just isn't beautiful.

@noe, Yeah you're right, he does have somewhat delicate facial features to start off with hehe. But I actually think he's pretty cute lol 😅
