Go to the craft store and make letters that light up and you glitter them

I did this today it's AWESOME!!! Put regular non - toxic crayola colored pencils, then get a cup of Luke warm water and put the colored pencil tips (the part you color with) in the water and let them sit for 30 seconds. Take then out and use it for eyeliner !!
