I think it does. It keeps a majority of us from doing the important things in life. It also distracts us from school. A lot of people sneak their phones during class when they should be turned off and In their back pack

Yes. If I wasn't on my electronics all the time, I think I would hang out with my friends more. I've resolved to et out more, be productive, etc.
