What would you say if you asked someone what time it is and the said, "There's a clock right there."?

"I can't tell time..."

is say ok but that doesn't answer my question what time is it ? Then they would say just look at the clock . So I would say fine I'll ask someone and after someone told me the time I would return to the first person punch them in the back of the head
