Should the opinions and ideas of youths be taken more seriously?

I think the education system could be a lot better if they took note of how we like to learn and such. And maybe they'd realize there are better ways to punish kids if they listened/paid more attention.

I know that I am smarter than my mother. I have friends who are more intelligent than their parents or have crazy and/or abusive parents. And yet nothing we say matters because their word is final. They dictate our lives. It's not fair. Age shouldn't determine authority.

I'm not really sure, but I tend to say No. There was a referendum in my country this year about wether or not minors(16-18) should have the right to vote or not. About 80% of the population voted for No

and honestly I think it all depends of the perspective. In this case, if you are actually a minor, you might want it but as you get older you notice that there are actually just very few minors that have enough knowledge about these political topics,so I don't think that minors should have that right

Simply because I think that there os a limit to everything. Like you're not allowed to get a tattoo without permission or you can't drink alcohol. I mean there should always be a limit. Besides what difference do a few years make. You can just wait until you are legally old enough to participate in important matters

Yes.Just because they are young does not mean they are stupid and should not be taken seriously.
