I have a disease in a lot of my body, and my orthopedic surgeon said that if it's sore, that's fine but if it hurts then I have to quit but I wouldn't quit, so I had to take a break

but I will probably have to quit soon and I don't know what to do or how to feel..should I be relieved?? I've been doing gymnastics since I was like 5😰😰😣😔😫

Hm. I know it might be tough to give it up, but your health is exceedingly more important than having fun at gymnastics. I'm sure your team/group wouldn't want you doing all that if it's going to be bad for your body.

You should probably talk to your doctor and parents, see if there's any way around it. But it's fine if there isn't. There are tons of other things that will be fun to participate in.

Good luck with everything and stay positive! I promise it will get better! Just remember if you can't do gymnastics that everything happens for a reason! Is there any other activities you like to participate in?
