I made lolita garters. The right one you can barely see, but it's lace with pink flowers sewn on. They're hand sewn.

Looks a little tight.

@Notorious I know, both pairs were custom made for a friend and she said I could put them on to show ye' :3 But her legs are really tiny. Also the stockings actually were just shipped to me and I was excited to try them on, and if you know about stockings, you kinda have to stretch the bands at the top a bit by wearing them for like a day (hence the need for garters so they don't fall down after becoming loose) But yeah they were tight.
