My sisters best friend is SUICIDAL!!!! What do I do?

Her parents need to know. F an adult doesn't find out, she'll never get the help she needs.

She probably wants it to be secret, but is better to have her mad than dead. It's seriously dangerous for her to be suicidal without an adult knowing. It's also not emotionally healthy for you and your sister to know. Please, help her by telling an adult.
