After someone has just died, do their souls linger on Earth for a little bit? Comment what you believe.

Some people believe that after a loved one has recently passed, that they're visited by their spirit. What do you think?

Yes and I think spirits go into a new born babies body and give them life

@Savonne Yeah, but do you think that some people's souls or whatever it is that goes to heaven leave immediately after death, or do they linger a bit. Because some Christians seem to believe that.

@Pinkie Pie Yeah, Idrk. If people believe in heaven and hell, then it could be. I don't, personally. But some people experience things after loved ones pass, and they're usually Christian, maybe it's wishful thinking/imagining.

I know that it's possible that anything could happen.

I believe if they had a sudden and unexpected death then their soul might longer around for a little.. Like realising they they are really dead is not easy.. And those that knew they were gonna die (illness etc) move on faster, is not immediately.
