Use your family as a substitute crowd & have them ask you questions kinda like how lawyers rehearse before a court hearing

use note cards, and every now and then, look up from the cards and make eye contact and speak clearly and loud enough for people to hear

Definately use notes and not a complete text and try to memorize them

Don't read off the board. Write questions on the board, eg. "How does the moon spin?" And you'd write the answer to your question on a sticky note or something, and then you talk about it.
