Would you rather a holiday in the summer or winter?

I would like to go somewhere hot in the summer as I live in England and it isn't normally hot here. But I would want to say in England for winter as I love a home christmas and the feeling of a snow at home:)

When it's summer I'll stay here, when it's winter I'll just go somewhere tropical. I hate the cold.
