I've been depressed and I self harm, I also tried to kill myself once. I just don't know what to do, please help!

tbh I don't think talking to other depressed people will help... :L people who have recovered yes. But not people who are also not mentally stable.

Tell someone you really trust and hope they can help you get over your self harm problems. That's what I did and I haven't self harmed since.

You shouldn't try to kill yourself think about the people who love life and don't want to die but sadly they do die and you should really talk to someone

go to your bathroom with your knife Look at yourself and throw that goddamn knife away Take a pen and write down on a pad every friend every family member every favourite food every favourite show you can think of Put it next to your bed whenever you want to cut look at it Go and look at sites like memecenter play video games Read books go listen to livingtombstone music(upbeat shit) and then realise that you won the lottery of life and to end it now would be a waste of all that makes you a human being
