well I'm 11 and I'm still on the persuade your parents on "getting your ears pieced task!" It's hard to persuade parents with things that they even have the slightest worry about. They will always think of the worries before the good parts were as kids see things the other way round! Just stop nagging them for a series of days and then tell them all your good points and all the bad points about getting your belly button pieced just so they no that you understand what you're getting yourself into.
