Is telling someone their ugly, a form of cyber bullying?

i think this question is too general, but basically, yes I think if you are calling someone ugly and you are doing it in a mean way (not just like friends joking) then it's cyber bullying.

anything said that is meant to do a be harmful to another person, is bullying.

well they put ugly down 4 answers sometimes but it is. I saw @Emily the 1 w Selena pic call a person name vanvan123 fat and ugly but two other peeps along w me said some nice stuff to cheer her

People shouldn't ask if they're hot or not online anyways, they r asking for Someone to insult them

well if they r asking if they r pretty they r asking for your opinion so therefore if u say that they r ugly its not cyber bullying
