Try doing it standing up. I can hold it standing up for at least 5 minutes. Also visit me and play with me. You can do this if you click the arrow next to my comment. For you fellow dancers, you will be surprised, I am only in 5th grade and got invited into a 7th grader at least dance group called company. I know you might say its not 7th graders for your dance school, but in mine it is only the best and only like 6 people are in it.
