1 + 2 x 3 = ?

Use BIDMAS (Brackets, Indices, Division, Multiplication, Addition, Subtraction) so 2x3=6 then +1 which equals 7!!

@shannon0912 don't know what calculator u've got but mine says 7 which is the right answer If u type 1 then +2 obviously u'll get 3, then x3 it's 9... Sure but that operation is (1+2)x3 If u have a good calculator and u type the full line u'll get 7

@Jake you are wrong the answer is seven Brackets Indices Division Multiplication Addition Subtraction 1 + 2 x 3 = ? There are no brackets or indices or division so you go to multiplication so that is 2 x 3 = 6 then addition so 6 + 1 = 7 so ha you don't win!!
