Cats are one of the smartest animals. Dogs are just dumb. Yes, they may be able to learn tricks, but cats can too. And cats do their business in a small litter box, and with dogs, they crap all over the yard and sidewalk. Dogs require constant attention, and cats let you do whatever you want, even when they are kittens. They are also much easier to take care of and groom.
