Because over in America when one of the people in a relationship is so much younger. There is a better chance of rape.

Also here in America that guy would be going to jail even if they didn't do anything sexually.

I'm not really sure so I made my own way to tell. I can only date one year younger, and when I was in high school I could never date someone more then two years older then me but now the oldest ill date is 26 because I'm 18
