Do you guys know how to get rid of block noses or runny noses?

put you head over a facet put a towel over your head and the facet and turn on the hot water and breathe in the steam for about 10-20 mins depending how badly your sinuses are congested..

take a hot shower, get out and blow,blow,blow

For runny just keep blowing em real hard for stuffed u can get halls or the shower methid works good
