One of my best friends is starting to develop severe anorexia. What should I do ?

Get her help

Put some some scare into her if she keeps that up she'll face organ failure & mental problems for lack of nutrients

Tell her to eat more.

We'll one you need to be there for her help her through it if that doesn't work then bring her to go and pray for her every night if you are not religious then take her to a therapist or something

Talk to her, tell her how important she is to you. Talk to her parents. And don't ler her feel alone. She needs people who care about her. It's a serious problem... show her how much you care
