What is the worst orthodontics thing OR if you hadn't had any what you think is

I had braces, but never headgear, can't believe they put people through that! Expanders and rubber bands are painful!

I have headgear and I only have to wear it to sleep its so uncomfortable

Braces cause i had a headgear and it was only for night time so i say braces cause that lasts for 3 years and that sucks!!!!!
