and did you know as a football player, this is bullshit. Let me know when you see a ballerina bench 250 and squat 450. And pretty much most football players are flexible, as for endurance, I also call bullshit. Football players take way more injuries and still get back out there on the field. And the only reason football player take ballet is to improve balance and flexibity. I will admit you are more flexible though, but that's natural. But you're not tough or stronger. Take it from a guy would did both ballet for 5 years and football all his life.
I've been dancing competitively since I was 2 I have had a six pack of abbs single I was about 10 and for endurance well I train almost every day for 4+hrs I have all my splits and look it up dance is last time I checked second for most pertained injuries that's after cheer and I have went against football players for strength and speed stud and I win about 70% of the time... And it's a real Harvard study 😄
just so you know six packs are also genetics. So you could have gotten it from a parent or past ancestor. Football players get hit all day every day, if you can't take the hot you can't play football. What football players were you going up against. Because pee wee doesn't count. Go against a high schooler or college player in speed and strength. Harvard would say anything to make jocks look dumber. And tbh, jocks can't be dumb if they want a career. I say fuck Harvard I don't care.
We don't even know if this from a Harvard study, you could have just made it up or gotten it from an unreliable source. Also, if it is real it's a study based on the people they've examined, which means it's not fact, it's an estimation that may or may not be accurate. It seems /very/ unlikely that ballerinas are stronger than football players
