it's good, but try to straighten your legs more. Mostly in the back your leg is crooked. But try to go down a little more before you try an over split. I'm not trying to be mean, I'm just trying to help you a bit!!! I can do an over split, and I bet you could, too. Now if you think I'm sounding mean, you can just tell me, but I'm not trying to be!!! And all that stuff that theFIST said, he is so mean and you are a beautiful girl.

@ellie and I sprained both my wrists and my toe and pinky and almost broke my knee cap!!! But I didn't break it lol oh and my foot lol

i stress fractured my ankle, sprained/strained(whatever) my arm, broke my pinky, and hyper extended my knee

I almost forgot! I dislocated my collar bone on bars and had to wear a cast like a backpack but with no bag, lol just the straps. it sucked just like every other stupid injury😝

@ellie ik right now I have a sprained ankle since November 24 I swear! It's horrible it's taking FOREVER to heal and at the same time I almost sprained my other ankle but I didn't like it hurt and everything but its better but the one that i have now is still sprained I hate it
