How do women in poor countries still have children if they are malnourished?

i don't understand if they know that they live in a poor country and they know that if they have children that the child is going to suffer so I don't get why they have children when they know that they are adults and they are suffering bad and the child will suffer as well but unless they are some horrible person who likes to see children suffer then my opinion is they should stop having children because the less people they are the more they have a chance of surviving so people don't have to keep giving more and more money to them and then when they are safe then they can have children

Because just because a woman's period stops doesn't mean that she can't have a baby. It just means that she doesn't have enough nutrients to waste in a period. I think

birth rates are higher because they dont have anything to prevent conception like condoms and such. Just because your malnourished doesnt mean u can't be pregnant unless ur extremely malnourished
