@Llew You're right in focusing. Whenever I have a project and I'm working on it early, I can't focus for longer than 5 minuets. But when I'm working on a project at the last minuet, I speed through it and never let my thoughts wander off

Stress in the long run takes a toll on your body and can seriously hurt your health. Positive stress on occasion is fine, but overall no. Stress isn't good.

positive stress gives me a kind of adrenaline rush. For example when I perform for karate. If I stop stressing about it, I lose that feeling. The small amounts of stress keep me excited and motivated, so yeah in small amounts it's fine.

The negative balances the positive. It also depends what you are stressing about. Say your arm is about to get amputated and you're stressed.. Not good. Now if you're stressed up whether you are going to win a swimming competition, good!
