Does internet make us smarter or dumber?

Both Cuz something could be wrong .or its right & ur dumb & u don't know how 2take it

Watching people on YouTube doing stupid and ridiculous things could make us dumber, like the cinnamon challenge.

We can learn from anything. the ability to depict what is correct or incorrect is an necessity needed for further advancement in knowledge.

We have the capacity to bece smarter but most people do not use it's capabilities to do so, and use the less intelligent enriching resources instead
