If there were a way to create your own personal "pension" that was easy to understand, make sense financially and GUARANTEED a payout in your choice of 10, 20 or 30 years, would you buy into it?

Yes. If it was safe, affordable, provided a decent return and I could choose how much I contribute, I'd start investing in it tomorrow!

Probably. It sounds reasonable, but I'd have to know the money would be there when I need it since I can't count on Social Security.
